dont get me wrong ive sold and bought snakes on this forum.
(without name dropping its a anagram of kruf)
ive posted 5 times in 2 years on this site due to people been A holes
is it just me? or do other people experience this? |

i agree with the above , its hard with so many users , there are bound to be different ways every does things , and yes there are some people that arent as polite on there , but generally its not so bad . Ive had good experiences from it and found some of my snakes on there and has tons of advice from some of the boa peeps on there . Some times its a case of take some of the people on there with a pinch of salt |

I'm on the darkside, and I think that its the fact that it has so many members. You can get three or four A holes in a group of twenty people, so when you've got as many people as they have, there are bound to be quite a few. I haven't had bad info off it, and people have usually been friendly in my experience. |

Thankyou gmac, it does annoy me when users on several forums go to others to slag them off. RFUK has over 80,000 members, and there is often in the region of 1000 members online each evening, which is far, far more than most other forums.
Put 10 people in a room, chances are there will be no issues. Put 1000 people in a room and chances are there will be. The more members a forum has, the more opinions there are flying about.
Do bear in mind though that for each numpty there is on there, there are many many more experienced and polite people. But at the end of the day, if you feel a forum is so bad that you are driven to publicly slate it elsewhere, you need to ask yourself why you are using it. |

Meh people are like that everywhere, just happens more often in some places because the forum is bigger, theremore more nice people and the not so nice. |

will always have a few like that, i take the view point if i dont know for a fact then i wont pretend i do, ill state what i think to be correct and then wait for someone of greater experience to confirm. Thankfully this forum seems full of quite humble people. |

What you have to remember is its a much larger forum than ours with more members which mean more chances of im right no your wrong. We do have that on all forums. |

the sad thing is most people are polite, helpful ect..
but theres still a big number who think there lord of the reps!
eg owned 1 milk snake for one year and have posted 3000 times so they know best!
this forum has its occasional difference's, heated debates ect..
but 99.9 % of posts are pleasent and polite so whats there problem? |
