Posted - 07/08/2013 : 18:14:08 I was feeding Rosie in a RUB as I usually do - however she is now a bit big for the one i have. As a result on stricking the prey she shtarted to climb out of the box. Worried about mess on the carpet I put a hand on her coils to prevent her retreating further. This resulted in several hisses. (It took a while to work out as she didn't let go of the mouse) She obviously didn't forgive me quickly as when I picked up the RUB to return her to her viv she struck (mouth closed and she missed) at my thumb.
Lesson learnt - I have now bought a bigger RUB |
