Indeed you can. The full membership does have other benefits though.

Ah so I can save myself £23 on membership then.

yeah you don't have to register again if you take your card, there is no member name etc on it but the back of the card says it must be shown for entrance to any event. It seems a bit pointless to me but maybe they have to do it for some legal reason?

I'm sure I remember someone, I think it was Paulie but I could be wrong, who was annoyed last year that he forgot to take his associate member card from the first Donny to the second show as he could have got in quicker with it...

So if you have the associate members card do you still have to cue in the registration cue or can you go to the members cue?
Not sure if there are any shows in Scotland Lisa sorry

So you don't have to be a member to get in? There website says that due to new rules you have to be a member to get in...

"Note: Due to NEW rules and legislation anyone who is NOT a FULL member of the IHS or FBH affiliated society OR who does not hold a valid associate membership card of the IHS MUST join the registration queue to obtain a card (PLEASE retain your card for future events)."
