I have been viciously attacked! Nearly bled to death, and still might die of blood poisoning....

Only got myself to blame, though. Was feeding the newbie Seb, and he does have a very strong feeding response, and was hungry. He got the mouse, constricted it like hell, and started eating it. I added some vitamins, as he was halfway through, and that made him really angry, so got a tail rattle, and an offended hiss.

When he finished, I went to pick him up from the feedbox. I was a bit complacent and ignored the fact he was still very much in hunting mode, leaping towards anything that moved, and possibly still angry about me interfering with his mouse....

He saw my hand move, and actually leapt out of the box with wide open mouth, he got two of my fingers. He realized it wasn't a mouse and let go almost immediately, but still managed to draw blood!

And I've got the evidence:

Ungrateful git, just as I decided to keep him

Oh Razee,so very sorry for you to ONLY way to stop seeing those little orange faces with the big eyes is to get yourself a nice little Goldust-and maybe a Butter motley too
I know its a painful extremeremedy but sometimes you have to do whats required-even though its a difficult and onerous task

Oh no, oh no, it's happening!
Last night, I kept seeing lots of miniature trees around me... I WAS in the bonsai club, mind you.... but then, we were meant to vote for the best display, and all I kept seeing, was a tiny orange face with big eyes... then, when I got home, there it was again!

I'm really starting to worry too maybe it was one of them 'Hypno Corns'-you know the ones that have a hallucinogenic/hypnotic saliva-so that once you've been bitten you believe that you cannot live without the snake

I didn't laugh honest! He's just so happy that he's staying that's all

P.S. He was all sweetnes and light again last night. Spent the entire evening with his chin propped up on the glass runner, watching me reading in bed... not in the "I'm going to eat your arm" way, in his cute, butter wouldn't melt mode...hm.

I don't know about kisses or freedom, I thought I heard him hissing to himself: " the mouse was a nice starter, now for the main course" as he launched himself towards me!

Mj, might still nee to have the whole arm amputated, might get severe toxemia from him just having chewed his way through dead mouse, aaargh! Just as well it wasn't a deadly hoggie, having just chewed his way through a dead toad!

*ouch* lucky it wasn't one of them Savage toxic Hoggies-you'd have to have your arm amputated......at the neck

Bah.. you've got it backwards..

Before he was all 'I don't want to get attached and serious'...

Now he's giving you kisses to show you how happy he is to stay.
