Quick question, got a snake cave hide for Loki (tai beauty) viv which came with some spagnham moss, I have put this in and moistened it...how often should I change it, do I leave in all the time?

It shouldn't need changing very often. Sphagnum moss has a natural antibacterial properties( they used to use it to wrap wounds with ),and doesn't go off very easily. I use it for air layering trees,it stays in the bag for sometimes year, sometimes two years, while the roots are forming - and I've never seen it go off. I'm not saying keep it in the hide for a year :-), I just said it to demonstrate, how good it is :-)

He should only really need it when he's due a shed. Tai's need a humidity level of around 70%, I think UK humidity is more than that most of the time. Mine has dry sphagnum moss in his box but only because he likes to hide in it.
