hi everyone.

after talking to loads of different shop owners and trailing through numerous websites decided on a terrainium set up with two jides a large water bowl and log and some fake foliage, once ifigure out how to upload pics i will.

i decided to keep two corns together after reading all the pros and all the cons, i keep a close eye on them both.

the only problem i can see is midnight is growing at a faster rate than lightning - i have starting looking into getting another enclosure so i cant seperate them if need be. the longest they are left on theeir own is about 6 hours at night.

they have a heat mat that never goes above 30 degree centigrade and the cooler end never falls below 21 degrees centigrade.

ok for the snakes

they are both just over a year from the same clutch but different morphs, i will try a describe as best i can.

midnight - 1year - 53g - 24 inches - he is normal pattern, light brown background, and deep brown/red spots surrounded in black with a black and white checkered belly.

lightning - 1year - 33g - 22 inches - he is normal pattern, light but stronge orange background with deep orange/red spots with black surround. he has a white black checkered for most of his belly that turns to orange and white checkered further down his body.

i think they are both just regular corns which i am more than happy with.

they are eating 2-3 pinkies ever 4-6 day as i bought a job lot nd i am trying not to waste them as i do not know of anyone near i could have given them to.

they are lively in the evenings and throughout the night and sleep most of the day, they always sleep in the same hide im one mini snake heap, i have never seen the fight and i feed them seperatly in tubs outside of the tank, i give them two pinkies and if they dont take the 3rd put them back in there tank, they are both really good feeders lightning has starting to look like he wants to constrict and midnight has no trouble at all, bith feed as soon as they see the food.

both handle well, lightning has his name for a reason and he takes all concentration to handle but im sure he will slow with age. midnight is happy to wrap around your arm and sit.

so i have tried to include everything and i am more that keen to hear your views on anything and everything i have said. and you really love some advice.

sorry about the essay

lol georgina, what Midnight's doing, Cornelius does all time when he's out & about. He loves 'watching' tv & does a right proper periscope pose & can stay like that for ages!

Last night he 'watched' Corrie & Bank Job!!

he is the smallest out of the two yet he is the most friendly and he proper strikes for his food as if its gonna run away, midnight however comes and noseys around more and isnt fussed about his food jusy wanders over and does it in his own time.

i have a question, the picture of lightning in my sig, he does this nearly all the time, just sits wit his head up checking everything out, is this odd behaviour?

thankyou everyone for the warm welcome, just had another successful feed, lightning is such a striker! midnight however just moseys over sniffs and gently bites it, lightning is straight inthere guns a blazng. hence his name. its funny how different they can be. could someone explain how the 0.0.0 nubers in the sigs work for me please. also how do i go about getting my little guys sexed?
