At last, Esmerelda has decided to help me reduce my mealy beetle colony. Only by two but it is a start.
Looking a wee bit tatty at the moment but I'm hoping she moults soon.

Starters:

Second course with side order of cricket for desert.

A couple of up close and personal shots because I know that everyone finds her cute.

It is amazing how different the colours look with different angles of lighting, particularly the red on the legs. One way it is deep red, the other it is more orange.

Donnie, this is a Red Phase Chilean Rose. Really docile stroppy and easy to manage.

Corrected that for you

Fab pictures by the way,she can't be far off moulting surely looking at her. Looks just like Marjorie before she moulted. Hope you catch the process

Ha-ha-ha! The place already looks like a bombsite, a trio of little humans on the rampage could only improve things. x

I might try giving my white beard a skoosh of L'Oreal hair colouring ... because I want to keep my nose where it is.

Claire, you know you can invite yourself through anytime.

Its a small matter of the 3 human creatures. hahaha. You would think a hurricane hit your house if they turned up too. Summer holidays though! Im aiming for granny Maliska to babysit for a couple of days for me (she doesnt stay here in dundee, so would be like a mini holiday for them) x
