Snakespeare

As I understand it VBB's like more humidity then a corn and they fall into the 'semi-arboreal' class so they like to be 'up', Temps are about the same.

They also tend to be... Assertively Opinionated..

So glad you've forgiven me . I do love Snakespeare. Is the care for VBBs quite different to corns? What about behaviour differences between them all?

Oh I forgot to say - I was also amazed at Snakespeare fitting in your hand! There are so many lovely snakes out there - I just want all of them!
Figs Posted - 03/05/2013 : 15:36:37
Thank you
I'll forgive you for confuse them - they are pretty closely related haha!
Muldoon and Rohan are both boas (boas have the best eyes!) - normal and hypo motley
Jaffasnake is a ridley's cave racer and Snakespeare is a vietnamese blue beauty - both asian rats

Fantastic pics Erin . I do love Muldoon and Rohan's eyes....and Jaffasnake and Snakespeares eye make-up . You wouldn't think a snake that is nearly 6' could curl up so neatly into your hand !

I will admit to my total ignorance as to what each of them are....I even thought Jaffasnake and Snakespeare were the same snake when I scrolled down too fast to begin with !

He's new-ish - been here for a couple of months, just havent snapped him very much
I'll have to work out some kind of rota system so they all get a chance to be shown off haha

They are cool "little" things arent they - I love the matching eyeliner they all have

Hey Figs, is Jaffa new? At first I though he was Rumpel, then realised he's a Ridleys... Is it just you have so many snakes it takes you a year to get through photographing them all? Lol! The Asian rats are stunning snakes.

On VBBs; they are very quick and like to move around a lot - they make corn snakes look like royal slugs!
Snakespeare isn't half as grumpy as my Taiwanese (though that seems more like trying to ingest people than outright aggression...) but they do seem to have short tempers. When they are in a good mood they are lovely though!
Jaffasnake is a friendly wee chap. Maybe because he doesn't have 'beauty' in his name he doesnt feel the need to overcompensate lol

they are so beautiful for sure I have only ever seen one in real life before, in a reptile shop, but it wasnt a very happy chappy and kept striking the glass lol. Was still a very beautiful snake

I know what you mean... Miss Manson is my baby too lol. Shes such a sop.

holypoopsicles. Snakespeare is huuuuge what are these snakes like? Are they quite active etc for handling and such? Are they as foul tempered (when they want to be) as people have told me?

Muldoon is just uber scrummy.
