So I took Boris on a photo shoot, admittedly it was only to the bedroom and the bathroom but I like to think he enjoys new experiences and doesn't get bored. (anthropomorphic me)

He is doing so well, he now weighs 158 grammes and is 98 cm long.

Bathroom shots (I put the plug in to prevent any accidents but the bath was empty)

Bedroom shots

And me and my new accessory- a Boris necklace

That was a brilliant thing to do Hayley, although I'm not sure the mum will thank you when her kids are demanding a snake of their own .

Guilty on all counts :-)

My friends little girl Harry who is 6 fed Boris under supervision today, it never takes much for Boris to eat and he isn't a shy eater at all so after a handling session with my other friends little boy who is 2 (start them early!) and my friends who were more wary of him than the kids I bought out his mouse which has been defrosting in a tub in the kitchen and I got Harry to place Boris in his feeding tray and then to wiggle the mouse with forceps in the tray and true to form he struck and then gave a good constrict in front of his audience and we all sat and watched him eat, even the 2 year old was quiet whilst watching! This medium left a nice bump and I then popped him into his viv where he had a quick hunt round for more food (greedy boy) and then went in to his bark hide on the warm side of the viv.

My friends were fascinated by him as well as the kids, so it was a good educational experience all round :-)

Boris is lovely - and makes such a good necklace... he should be the go-to accessory for all big events ;D

I remember when you first got him and posted on fb, I was soooo jealous! But if it wasnt for you, I would never have found this place or the fb page so not only is he a beautiful snake but he is to blame for the poor size of my bank accounts lol ;)
