how do you feed supplements like nutrobal to corns ?

Although corns don't usually need supplements, I have heard of people giving their gravid females calcium, or giving them a little extra calcium before pairing them.

It can be done by lightly dusting the mice with said supplement.

Why as well? Is it needed? I thought they get everything they need from mice.
