How long can a 4year old healthy adult male go without food ?

He drinks ok almost everyday but stopped eating almost 9 weeks now, he is only one of my snakes that has stopped eating, temps are just 29c and nothing new or moved in his viv,
he comes out almost every evening as norm.
So y wont he eat ?

I try every week and leave it for the night but its still there next day, my other 2 corns are fine one being same age and size and sex.

Any thorts are wellcome plz

its getting that time of year when a lot of snakes slow right down so its nothing too unusual. Your best bet is to offer him food smaller than he usually gets (eg. a single small mouse) and only offer every 2 weeks. Once he's hungry enough he'll take it.

Make a note of his weight and weigh him on the weeks you don't offer food just to keep an eye on it. If the weight drops drastically then a vets appointment for a check over is a good idea to make sure theres no underlying problems.

good luck, and let us know how he gets on

Don't know if its of any help but Sid refused food earlier in the year. He didn't eat for 3 months but he was fine other than that. He just suddenly decided one weekend that he would eat again.
