monty has mites read up on oil bath and all we got is sunflower oil....is this good enough?

Also leave your snakes (both of them) on kitchen roll for a month, makes it easier to see any of the beasties should they still be there

im going to keep cleaning out and desenfecting everyday and bath him every 3-4 days :)

yup for quite a while yet Stotty. The live mites may be dead/ dying but you will need to keep the treatment up for quite a while yet to make sure you get all the eggs

i didn't work at the first place i volunteered then i was offered a job. And if i wasn't mature enough i think i would of got kicked out of volunteering or not got the job well i come home today to find more mites as expected but i think most of the mites have come off of him he isnt soaking in his water bowl anymore but im still going to give him more baths

Stotty, I would be surprised if he got it from the food also wouldnt have gotten it from the poop. It is more than likely you passed it onto him from your times at the shop, you work in a rep shop so are more liable to get into contact with these things.

well that was interesting...took out his wood which i have never seen him go under to be presented with a...SHED SKIN :O and also a poo...i dont even know how he has pooped since he hasn't ate :/

That being the case, make sure they are both on kitchen paper for substrate and keep a close eye on medusa.

i cant move them any where at all so im completly cleaning them out and cleaning both there stuff each day

Sunflower oil will definitely be better than nothing. Its perfectly safe.
