This is obviously the premiere Corn Snake forum on the internets.
So when buying young snakes does the color get lighter or darker or are there any rules? Itching to buy a blood/fire but want to know what to expect. |

and about 8-10 years+ their colour often darkens (though this is also morph-dependent) |

the morphs you have chosen will get more intense colours, looking their best at around 2 years old. The bloodred will darken as it gets older and the fire will fade. |

Both beautiful morphs, am waiting on my first corn and aiming for a bloodred, as G said look at the photos they're stunning ;) |
