Snakes do not need excersie unless they are overweight... and even then exercise does hardly anything. Although if it's breeding season, its all fun :p I can't get mine to go on the stairs with any real energy more than once a week. Some carpets are also quite dangerous as they can't grip it right :(

He struggles on that kind of carpet if you can see, I always have to be behind them incase he slips. Nice soft fluffy carpet though he's fine :p

Toilet tubes, rat/ferret pipes, poster rolls, old pipes are good :p though I would say don't make them too long as they can have the habit of going to sleep in them and it's hard work trying to get them back out!

fab pics, another idea for exercising a small corn is to put lots of toilet tubes or kitchen roll tubes in their tank for them to explore

The one on the rail is a bit over 3 years old and the one on the step is just about 3! These pics were taken about 4 months ago though

I do sometimes if my room is clean but both mine are big enough that its hard to lose track of where they are. I use the stairs a lot for exploring! as long as you have no holes in the panelling you cant really lose them!
