Just fed Frank. He did some awesome striking and constricting but after he was rattling his tail when i put my hand near and rose up to strike me. Will he calm back down afterwards? He was perfectly fine before feeding whilst handling.

He is back to his normal self now :)

it probably is just a defensive thing, they're at one of their most vulnerable points when feeding, i'd just leave him, and carry on as normal in a 48 hours or so once he's digested.

He shed earlier in the week. Never had him rattle before. He did it once he finished eating :/ he'll be ok x

he's probably saying that was my mouse now just leave me alone to get on and digest

I'd suggest just leaving him alone for a few days and then see how he is, he could be coming up to a shed too, they can get grouchy at shedding time
