if it doesnt leave much of a bump or bulge then it is time to move on

you can do this by going to 2 fuzzies, or 1 small mouse

My 2 butters were about a year old when I got them and they were still on fuzzies. All snakes grow at different rates. As Gmac says, as long as there is still a noticeable bump after feeding then your ok still feeding fuzzies. Sometimes they have little growth spurts so you may find that all of a sudden you are needing to move up to 2 fuzzies and then smalls

sharons 7mo and on a fuzzy every 5 days- shes 18 inches and 24 g - if that helps at all?

(only showing off cos i managed to actually measure the waggly little bugglet!)

some are slow growers. How often do you feed and so long as there is a noticable bump after feeding is all good.
