My carolina is about 7 months old and ive had her roughly a month. she comes out of her hide alot but everytime i go to pick her up she gets scared and tries to go back into her hide. when will this phase stop as i want her to just come to my hand

it should stop in time, but dont let her back into her hide, hold her for a few mins so she'll realise its not too bad, she shouldnt do a runner so much then
