I know that when snakes are in blue, their eyesight isn't great. What about when they are past this stage and are clear, but not yet shed? I've had Freddie out a couple of times for 5 mins, he seems happy to be held. I know some people handle during the shed and some don't. Just curious about their sight when in clear.

I think maybe they can see a little better than when in blue once their eyes clear but that's only from watching Apollo's behaviour. He is less worried about being held when his eyes have cleared. I don't know how good a corn snake's eyesight is to begin with tbh.

his sight won't be back to normal until after he sheds. it may look clear but he still has old skin covering his eyes
