Posted - 23/07/2012 : 08:10:20 I know that when snakes are in blue, their eyesight isn't great. What about when they are past this stage and are clear, but not yet shed? I've had Freddie out a couple of times for 5 mins, he seems happy to be held. I know some people handle during the shed and some don't. Just curious about their sight when in clear.

Posted - 23/07/2012 : 16:40:23 I think maybe they can see a little better than when in blue once their eyes clear but that's only from watching Apollo's behaviour. He is less worried about being held when his eyes have cleared. I don't know how good a corn snake's eyesight is to begin with tbh.
