Posted - 08/06/2011 : 17:31:10 My eggs are 48 days old today. Yesterday they started to sag inwards, and it got worse and worse over the day. I added water to the vermiculite but it hasn't made a difference.
Kathy and Bill tell me that they will virtually always do this just before they hatch.
The top egg (the one im monitoring) is very very sunken in, and i just wondered if there is any way to predict when it will hatch?
  I'm too excited!

Aww that's a shame, would have been interested to see. I have only seen egg pics on here that were just laid or pipping.
  Not long now then! |
