So I think it's time to officially introduce Leviathan mine and my fiancé's new Yellow Rat Snake(Elaphe obsoleta quadrivittata)now that he is home with me. Now I just have to wait for Kiz(Fiancé) to move up here next Wednesday and we're all set 
Anyway, Leviathan(Levvy for short) is a ten year old, 7ft long male(apparently) Yellow Rat Snake who is as friendly as anything. Oh I know you all want pictures instead of me blabbering on so here you go!!
These first photo's were taken in the shop before I brought him home, the last one is him in his viv today.
Some bad "Size" photo's as he's too big for one person to do it! For an idea, he was also wrapped loosely round my neck in these.

"Noo! Come back shiny thing!"
And resting in his viv - Excuse the box. It was in there to see if he fit in it before giving it him and he does so the "fragile" tape has been taken off now.

Trying to show his size, not working too well alone but here's what I got..
Levvy on my arm...
And Cereus on the exact same arm lol... Baring in mind Cereus is quite a chunky boy and approx. 5ft 2in long.

Haha! Yeah, don't really fancy him in a bad mood with how big his head is! And yep, making a banner for it at some point so will just add him in for now. |
