Adopted this cute little girl today. She's called Gelbstoff, a leopard gecko - I'm told she's a carrot tail.

She's got some retained shed on her toes, her tank wasn't set up amazingly, and she's not been handled in the best part of a year. But she's pleasant enough, she's fine with being petted but doesn't like being picked up. I'm hopeful I can get her used to being handled again with a little effort.

She's settling in to her new home fairly well. I'm going to give her a shallow bath tomorrow to try and help the shed along, buy her a few new hides, and then let her settle in for a week.
