I treated myself to an early christmas present a couple of weeks ago and got a little snow corn. Called him Snowman in honour of the season.

Unfortunately I suspect Snowman has mites :/ Didn't see anything untoward when I examined him at purchase, except a tiny black mark on the back of is head that looked like part of a scale. The only thought that went through my mind was 'huh, looks like a bit of paradoxing'. Popped him in his quarantine rub to settle and after a few days he went blue, so I haven't had him out until tonight. He still hasn't shed but I got him out to check him over and found that one black mark is now many black marks...

Can't pick up any spray now until wednesday but thankfully he is entirely separate from my others so fingers crossed they haven't spread yet! Is it worth giving them all a spray anyway to be safe? I'm also not sure whether or not to bath Snowman, I've heard it can help reduce the mites but he is still yet to shed, I dont want to make that any harder for him.

Look forward to seeing pics of him and hope you get him sorted.

I get my hatchie this Thursday. Can't wait.
