Hoggies...they have just got a new batch of baby hoggies in the pet shop near me. They are such a cute tiny little bundles of attitude, and l'm so tempted, especially as l know l'll soon have an empty 3 foot Viv...

There are 2 l especially like - 1 gorgeous ( probably female as bigger ) greenish one with very nice markings and pure black belly - but with a typical hoggy attitude - huffing and hooding and flattening her head.

The other one is the smallest ( and so likely male) very light grey one, not as nicely marked and not greenish, with chequered belly, but he is the sweetest behaved one, really nice and tame, no hooding or hissing, just interested in everything.

I was planning to use the empty Viv for either taking in a rescue, or , if l ever decided breed my corn snakes, as a cabinet for the hatchling tubs...heeelp....l shouldn't succumb to hoggie cuteness, but it's really hard....

I've already tried that one...l even said the hoggie could be his, but no luck.

He did laugh ( in a nice way ) when he saw your artistic " cherry on top ", though :-)
scottishbluebird Posted - 24/12/2016 : 23:56:48
He can get one too!
Razee Posted - 24/12/2016 : 18:55:10
Stop it stop it stop It! I'm meant to be resisting! You lot aren't helping :-)

I have shown hubby all the posts, hoping he'd weaken and let me get one...not working so far :-(

Had to go to hospital for some of my tests again yesterday, and we are celebrating Christmas today, so no chance of me sneaking off and getting one...but still hoping I could convince hubby over Christmas...they open on Tuesday again.
