I bought a lovely big strip of cork bark which I converted into some hides for the snakes, just thought I'd share what I made. Unfortuantly I didn't think to take photos of the orginal piece so heres the finished things:

first one

second one

To make them, I broke the bark into the sizes I wanted. Then I broke up some smaller pieces to create the levels.
Next I postitioned all the pieces into a shape which I liked, then I hot glued every thing into place.

I have the tubes too, the O/H says I have a cork bark fetish lol. Jinx loves his, he spends the day under it and sits on the top in the evening

I love those! You've got a step further then I did, I got cork bark tubes, and cut them in half to make tunnels. Then I joined the tunnels at an angle, and put a little left over bit of bark over the top, as a roof. But yours are so much better, I never thought about glueing the levels together. Bet the snakes will love those!
