hey guys, just been away for the weekand and got myself a nice little digital thermometer for my viv because the exo-terra one i had was read pretty low, ive placed the prodeon the floor of the viv, in the warm area, and covered it with subsrtrate, is this an ok location to put the probe or should i move it some place else??

thats gd :D temp is perfect know then.. on the exo terra it was reading around 24.. up 2 27 at the most, know atm its 30.2c, goes between 28-30 :D im happy lol |

just to be picky it should ideally be laid on the substrate rather than buried in it, it could just affect the temps a degree or so  |

i agree with GP. I lay mine on the substrate inside the warm hide as this wold be where the snake lays. |

ive just moved it on top and its a still around 29 so thanks guys :D made me alot happier than i was wen the anologe therm was in there lol
