My snake is kept in my bedroom where i burn joss sticks often, will this harm the snake in any way?

I dont use them in the same room as my snakes. It depends how well ventialted the room is and how close they are to it I guess.

It depends what chemicals are given off to produce the smells, I personally wouldn't risk it.

Its one of those not sure so don't try it things, you don't know if it would harm them, but you don't wanna find out the hard way.

Don't they give off mrs chemicals than smoking and I one plenty do that. I have always kept away from aerosol based smells etc as a rule.

As corns are suseptible to respiratory problems anyway, I personally wouldn't risk it.
