Hi, can anyone help? we fed our little 2 week old motley corn two pinkies as instructed by the shop we got him from, this was on the 2nd january, and on the 6th january he deficated and today (8th January) he has regurgitated at least one of them, is this normal?
The reason why corns regurge can be a number of reasons, the most common the prey being too big. Corn Snakes usually have an appetite alot bigger than there stomach, or was he being watched and poked etc its kinda there own wee thing to leave them be for a while. Tho ive had mine for a month now and luckily he hasnt regurged yet but just check the size of the pinkies and there THOROUGHLY thawed out first, i dont think its anything to worry about. Every Snake is different
It's not normal to regurge no, but hopefully your little corn will be fine.
Just leave him for about a week to 10 days before trying to feed again. He needs his stomach to settle down again before he tries to digest anything else.
