I have lots of different silk plants that I bought from a large garden centre. I have 3 or 4 in the viv at a time, but I swap them over occasionally to keep the viv decor varied. Alice seems to enjoy re-exploring the same areas with the new plants.

I'm fortunate in that the garden centres I use are quite cheap for silk plants, but I understand some places are quite expensive.

Thanks and it's 3ft long x 15" deep x 18" tall. Bought the vents on eBay...... from this seller - http://shop.ebay.co.uk/merchant/yeleas

I bought 4 of the 65mm ones for £3.40 + 70p postage which I thought was quite good. But I recently posted in another thread about a very similar vent being sold in places like B7Q and Homebase. There sold as soffit vents and come in 2 or 3 sizes too.

Might work out cheaper.......... HTH

Budaholic What do you use to stick the stems in on the fake plants to make them stand up or do yours come on a base?

I got a pack of 16 suckers from Sainsburys for £1. They had a plastic hook in each one but it came out easily and left a good hole for the plants and came with 3 different sizes in the pack.

Mine is an average exo-terra one looks like canabis plant! Lol it has a hook which you can bend into any shape for anything to grip. Mines wedged in behind the background and the gap filled with kitchen roll. Got them for 30p. Lol!!
