Tofu just shed .. good times =] ..
but the top half of her head (including eye caps) is missing on the complete shed .. i cant find it in her viv or actually on her so im confused as to where it is ..
her eyes look clear but seem to have a smooth "contact lens" look to them on the very outer edge
do yu think the eye caps are still on ?

shes a snow by the way .. not sure if this makes a difference

a thorough clean often reveals missing pieces of shed, although some bits are never found........

if she has try replacing her usual hides with damp hides - an appropriately sixed plastic tub (margerine...... ice cream..... whatever suits) with an entrance hole sut out, with some damp sphagnum moss or damp paper towels/kitchen roll in. this should loosen up any stuck shed so that she can hopefully remove it herself. failing that a bath and a run through a towel should work

yeah verm should work ok too, providing she uses it! although it can give them a metallic sheen that needs washing off
