I'll go with motley then. Seems the safest bet. Although I told my next door neighbours it is a Sri Lankan Krait, and that they should look it up on Wikipedia

Do amels have any black? I don't think they do. It looks so much like an amel but I can't help but think it's not as there is some black around the mouth.
Then my guess is hypo although I really am rubbish at morphs! Looking on here, there's one motely hypo on there although the picture isn't from a great view but it's cpolourring is like dead on with the hypo stripes http://iansvivarium.com/morphguide/hypomelanistic/
Well he is motley, that much cannot be disputed. Whether he is hypo or not waits to be seen. Not all mitleyd or hypos bleed colour into the belly, generally they don't at all.
