Im a very happy girl, I thought i'd try Alice with 2 pinkies tonight and he ate both in no time!! 
Im sooo happy with him, he's just lovely!
Just need to figure out when he needs to move up from the pinkies now  |

After 6-8 double feeds ive heard Looks like we are going to double feed together, mine did her first double yesterday:) So here's a question: shouldi now start feeding less often than 4-5 days?
btw my corn has been nearly 2 months with me and she hasn't shed. Almost all of the rest from her clutch hav shed already, is there a prob? |

Simply move her up when you think she could handle a fuzzy. Might be worth getting a few fuzzies next time you go the rep shop so you can see what sort of size they are. Chances are she'll be able to move up soon.
@ Maisimadu, how would feeding more make you think you should also feed more often. If anything you should feed less often, i would just stick to every 5 days, maybe move to 5-6 when she starts taking fuzzies.
Also moving up in prey sizes isn't dependant on how many double feeds they take. If the next size up in prey is within the guide of "upto 1.5 x snakes girth" then there is no real reason to double feed, other than maybe to use up the last of a prey item. |

you can move him up in size when the fuzzy is 1.5 x your snakes girth at his widest.

Aww congrats,it must be double pinkie week!
Once I'd been feeding Loki double pinkies for a couple of weeks and knew he was ok with them I went the pet shop and picked out the smaller fuzzies. Having some at home meant I could look at them and judge whether he'd be ok with them size wise. Probably sounds a bit over the top but I was happier being able to compare. |

I think that's a good idea :) I need to go to the shop soon anyway as I'm running low on pinkies! I thought it would be a while yet before i ha to buy fuzzies but i guess i need to now to be ready! Whats next after fuzzies???
I just can't get over how good Alice has been with me :) eating properly, shedding great, never even tried to bite! Apart from the mites thing I'm one happy girl :)
