Just gone to change water for my two snakes and for the first time one of them hissed at me They have been here 3 weeks now and she hasn't done this before, her co-habitee was/and is fine. There no problems with temps, feeding etc. Hopefully she is just in a 'bad' mood.

Maybe she's grumpy about sharing her home with another snake?

Before anyone else gets on the sharing habitat bandwagon, thers are both adults and were adopted together. They have been sharing their accomodation for many many years lol. They are currently curled up together as always :)

And as for using Mardy - i was always called a Mardy A**e by my parents when i was in a mood - must be a northern thing i think :)

We use the term *mardy* here in Cheshire too!!
Could just be that she's going into shed and feeling a bit grumpy perhaps?

She seems more like her old self today. Think it was definitely a mixture of being a moody **** and needing to poop. She must have got the latter bit from me as i can be the same lol
