| Sid my larger snake has just shed this minute and im buzzing from it, but hes gone round his viv like a mad man and tring to burrow into beech chippings tho, is this normal?? (im tingling all over) im really sad i know |

oh dear, that must make me really sad, I watch the viv instead of the telly at shedding time lol :)

| I'm still eagerly (and nervously!) anticipating a shed with Claude! Not sad over here though! xD I spend most of my time in an evening peering amusedly at the viv while he does his exploring snakey thing! |

| When they push down to remove the chin skin? it looks like they are burrowing, pushing stuff all over the place. Totally normal. |

| he seems to be a totally different snake, we've only had him for a short time, but was normally really quiet and in his hides all the time but now hes all over a very active, the OH says it might be because hes happy to shed and to get rid of his old skin lol |
