does anyone know of any reptile rehoming centers around the swindon/wiltshire area?
i cant seem to find anything local to me

or google it. If you go on rspca website there is a "in your area" tab. Or a general google for reptile rescues in your area should bring up something.

i found that reptile recues are out there, but trying to actually contact them is a bit of a case of word of mouth

The RSPCA general site doesn't often have reptiles... though if you search RSPCA reptile rescue, they have loafs in and they have their own page though I don't know where about that place is. Pre-loved has a few legit rescue centres.
