Hi guys,
I am new to the snake world! i have a beautiful corn snake that hatched on 8th July 2009, and I bought her from someone who had lots of them and knew she would go to a good home!
I have had her a week now, and we have bonded well and she spends more time out with me than in her viv her eyes have got a bluey tinge now and i wondered if that means she will shed soon? her scales look a bit flakey too, I just want to make sure it is the shedding process before i cart her down the vets and get something for scale rot when its not (which i dont think it is)!!! just want some reassurance please?
Thankyou |

This is pretty much "that time of the month" for her (though it won't be monthly)...so don't be shocked if she is grumpier than usual either ;-) |

she will go to the loo pretty much any day now. Depending on how far along the shedding process she is she may not go untill she sheds. |
