Hi all been on here a few months and my GORGEOUS wife has (after a lot of grovelling) said we can get a snake. Toyed with the idea of getting a royal as my neighbour has one she no longer wants but think I like the corns better. So after searching have found an amel baby corn about two months old and it is coming to live with us from tomorrow (1st October) Told the kids this morning and they are mega excited. But think I am more excited than them. Will get some pics on as soon as I can. Not sure of sex as it has not been sexed, but we asked the kids what names they thought would be good and my little boy blurted out "Paddy" we all burst out laughing so Paddy Slithers Kelly is the name whether he/she likes it or not. |

Yay, congratulations. It is fairly understandable that you are more excited than the kids...just don't get into too many arguments about who is going to do the feeding etc |

Hi, lovely pic. We got our first snake a few weeks ago so I know how you feel with the kids.
Have to say I may well get a Royal for myself now too. Hehe |
