We have just got an inferred heat gun, just wondering when measuring the temps in the RUB Should I be taking the temperature from on top of the auboise substrate, or moving the bedding out the way and taking it from the bottom? Xx

I move the substrate and read from where my thermometer reads from. I get it quite close to the mat/faun base as well. I find mine tends to read a couple of degrees more than what my thermometers do.
