hey, would just like to say this site is brilliant for a new corn snake owner. I have been looking on this site for a few weeks now and I have learnt everything I know about corn snakes from here, and will be hopefully getting my 1st ever corn snake some time next week :).

Although I was just wondering what sex snake is calmer, male or female? or is there no difference.

Thanks :D

Hi and welcome to the forum. I agree there is no difference at all in temperament. However if you get a male you have to be prepared for the annual fasting and trashing of viv during breeding season when they are mature. I actually quite like that time of year as you can actually see I have snakes in the vivs lol

4.1.0 corns - Izzy (Carolina) Alice (Amel) Peanut (Butter Motley) Swayze (Ghost) Carmellia (Butter Motley)
0.1.0 cat - Kizzy
