I suspect it's older than he thinks.ines 6minths old and only 38g and about 23in.

Looks well and much brighter than mine. Another reason I think it's older than. 4months.

lovely snake bbjay, but I do hope it is older like simmy 82 suspects as I have a 4month hatchie that is approx 14in and weighs 14g and as a newbie to snake keeping is now wondering how big a difference in size and weights there can be without health issues?

Gorgeous snake, my Naboo is a similar age born at the start of Sept (can't remember exactly without looking at the records) and he weighs 36g. As soon as you move them on to fuzzies they have a massive growth spurt don't they.

She's beautiful!

All corn snakes grow at different rates and some grow to be bigger than others, it's nothing to worry about. My amel Barnaby was around 50g at 6mths, but Bailey, my anery lavender, is 6mths and only weighs half that. Barnaby is now a year and a half weighs 265g and is over 3 1/2 feet, so I think that he's going to be a big adult.

Lovely snake. I wouldn't worry about the weight at all. Loki, the first corn I had was about the same at 4 months. The others have all been smaller. He just seems to grow quicker than the others despite 2 of them being on the same size mice as him.

At least I'm feeling less worried about Corno now though! (Thanks to the comments from Thistle and Mort). We decided last night to move her up to double pinks next week as there's not much of a bump now with a single. I hope I didn't offend you, I was just so surprised at the difference! She is a gorgeous snake
