How long does a pinky to defrost correctly? Also is it ok to be fed at room temp or warmer? |

I usually feed pinkys at room temp because I've over heated and exploded them too many times! You'd be able to defrost one in a short enough time. I would wrap it in kitchen roll and let it sit over the radiator. Once the belly feels squidgy and the head is warm its eating time! |

I just place the selected food in tap hot water for 20 minutes and feed. |

i take mine out the night before and leave in the fridge, then a few hours before am gona feed i take them out to bring up to room temp. |

I have a separate heat mat with a plate on top of it, i just turn the heat on and place the plate on top and then start getting my snakies out, when there all petted and in there rubs theyve defrosted |

If it's just a pinkie I've bought, I'll just pour some lukewarm water in the bag and leave for 10 minutes or so (usually longer as I forget it's there though!) If I've bought food for the whole crew, it gets lobbed into the defrosting tub with the rest, lukewarm water again and left for an hour or 2 (depending on when I can take the time to feed) and fed at the same time as theb rest :) |

leave my mice in a tub on top of my dragons vivarium defrosts in next to no time as she is basking in 32degree heat so top of viv is like a radiator |
