I sincerely hope she can never enjoy a bath or shower again - I would hate to see what she would have done if she weren't an 'animal lover'! |

See, I read this, and I'm absolutely outraged because she killed a snake and I love snakes. However, I think it would be a bit hypocritical of me to comment negatively when I look back on all the spiders I've killed over the years. I'm certain there are spider lovers out there who would be horrified by my tales of squishing helpless spiders that got stuck in my bath... |

Oh dear
Surely it wouldn't have been beyond the bounds of logic to have captured such a little critter humanely!
But I suppose... how many wasps have I slain in the past??? |

I disagree with killing spiders too. I kill mosquitoes and enjoy it, but it goes against everything I believe in. No creature should die for no reason. Only humans can ever deserve to die and I also disagree with capital punishment. It's just that satisfying splat of your own blood which was stolen from you being smeared across the walls and ceilings of hotel rooms and the suchlike. XD |

Kinda a big difference between an animal that can feel pain though and one that can't though guys. I'm not saying kill every ant/wasp ect that you ever see from now on but insects don't feel pain like other animals do. Their nerves are just there to tell them to go closer to something or to stay away that's about it. Plus its kinda hard to move an insect from one place to another without killing it anyway since they are so tiny. |

A very special super, duper thanks for K :3 |

Another over the top story, anyone remember that story of the lady that put that cat in a bin?Total outrage over that lol :P
But you can do whatever you like,if said animal isn't cute and furry change the story around and replace the animal with a cat/hedgehog etc etc.then explain how you smashed its face in etc.
Can you imagine comments like...
"I so love this one and so remember this when it happened. I so hate snakes as well" "love this story,Like the part where you killed that fcker"
There would be total outrage :P hypocritical people :P |

Wow. How she can call herself an animal lover is beyond me. Not only did she kill the snake, she killed it SLOWLY and even took the time to take pictures while it was still alive and suffering. I tried to post an answer on that blog but I don't think it actually got submitted... oh well...
As for being a hypocrite... I do kill mosquitos. Do I feel bad about it? Not really... as they actually "harm" us, and not just when you bother them (like a wasp). They actively seek us out to suck our blood, and that means war. Spiders and other such creatures I always put outside though :) |
