We had an eventful feeding session with Squidwood last time :-) From being a shy drop feeder, he is now striking for his food, and happily feeding out of his faunarium. This time, he was so keen, he actually jumped out of the feeding tub, grabbed the mouse, landed on the edge of tub and coiled there.

There was a slight problem - every time he tried to unwrap and eat, he started wobbling and nearly fell off the ledge. So, I had to "unclip" him from the edge, and put him back in the tub. All through this, he held his mouse fully wrapped up :-)

He glared at me, when I put him back :

Then he found the head, but didn't like the look of it:

But decided that the bottom looked tastier :-)

The bump afterwards was only visible from the side! This was 4.5 g "pinkie", so definitely getting a fuzzie next time. Shows how much he's grown:

He's doing so well . Just goes to show how worth it it is to keep persevering. So glad you had your camera handy.

Thank you, he is taming down very nicely as well, which is strange, because I don't really handle him that much.

Kellog, I didn't have the camera ready, but when I saw him perched on that tub edge, I left him there, and run the get my mobile :-)

Freddiesmum, I hope he will turn out as yellow, as Oscar one day :-)

In his head it was the circus theme, people clapping and cheering....and then you came and stopped his act midway

Love a white belly, he is a cutie

Lol, Wheels, probably, that look ( erm - glare ) he gave me, when I "unclipped" him from the tub's edge and put him back, very much reminded me of "the look" my Granny used to give me when I was little and naughty...
