This is a general warning to all on the forum. Can every member make sure they read the thread title of every thread before opening it. There have been a few threads being made that clearly contain viruses. As far as im aware your computer cannot get the virus directly from opening the thread, but by clicking the links listed in th profile of the person that created the thread.

Dont open any threads with stange looking titles with mostly symbols in it such as ,:;()=+-_. Threads that contain viruses often have no actual words in the title.

bump

Also, don't click any links provided unless you know and trust the user posting the links.

Several of us regularly post links to all manner of stuff, you will need to use your discretion in clicking the links, this one for example : www.google.com

If you clicked it, you'll notice that it's not google!

Most browsers, (FireFox and Internet explorer definitely) show up the ACTUAL website that it's going to in the status bar on the bottom left of the browser.

Be careful guys, for some reason people do this, so be careful.

BTW, if you're unsure of clicking the link I provided, it just goes to the 'I love horses' minisite.

I'm temporarily locking this thread until I delete the re-direct link.
I don't want it to found out how it was done easily.
