a bit off topic but I thought about my snake and dogs little lungs.so im going to quit smoking.its been two days now.wish me luck people,im going to need it. |

wow- majorly impressed that you've done it 'cold turkey' so to speak... I was given one of those e-cigarette thingies for my birthday recently- it satisfies the nicotine craving and provides the 'inhalation' sensation without any tar or nasties, cos its just water vapour-
I've tried packing in so many times over the years- been a smoker for nearly 34 years, but havent smoked a single one since getting the pseudo-fag machine.. I'm not quite as tough as you yalovit, but getting there....

one month off the fags and tomorow im off to buy my new viv.i feel so chuffed.its a very nice viv and should be for the money.who said this snake keeping lark was cheap lol. |

good for you for giving up haley.i don't think I will try anything else as it keeps the habit going.im doing ok at the moment and don't think I will go back to those horrid things.i just keep thinking about my new viv.saw it the other day and is very nice,even if a bit pricey. |

If you really struggle with cravings have you ever tried honeyrose ciggarettes, they contain no nicotine or tobacco, and are made of herbal life such as rose and clove. They are what i smoke very occasionally after having quick if i get a bad bowt of craves! |

Keep it up! My uncle also recently quit smoking after smoking for nearly 50 years! No one thought it would be possible, but he's at just over a year and still going strong :D |

I'd never be able to have half the things I do now if I were still smoking. It's so good to buy nice things and know they won't end up smelling of stale smoke or going that horrible yellow/tan looking colour.  |
