I've been free of that scourge for 8 years and counting...
It will have it's tough moments but it can be done.
Focus on all the reasons you have to quit, cravings only last a few minutes.
Now that you've been 'clean' for a week the only thing that remains is habit, it really is all in your head and thus totally under your control. |
