| Keep it up! My uncle also recently quit smoking after smoking for nearly 50 years! No one thought it would be possible, but he's at just over a year and still going strong :D |

| If you really struggle with cravings have you ever tried honeyrose ciggarettes, they contain no nicotine or tobacco, and are made of herbal life such as rose and clove. They are what i smoke very occasionally after having quick if i get a bad bowt of craves! |

Well you are doing better than i did. i only smoked for about 3ish-4 years on and off. Let alone 30 :o |

wow- majorly impressed that you've done it 'cold turkey' so to speak... I was given one of those e-cigarette thingies for my birthday recently- it satisfies the nicotine craving and provides the 'inhalation' sensation without any tar or nasties, cos its just water vapour-
I've tried packing in so many times over the years- been a smoker for nearly 34 years, but havent smoked a single one since getting the pseudo-fag machine.. I'm not quite as tough as you yalovit, but getting there....
