hello ive been told not to handle my corn snake for 48 hours after feeding, my boyfried has 2 snakes and he has allways handled them the day after feeding and they have allways kept there meal down! what do you guys/gals recomend?

Most people recommend 48 hours, but sometimes you can see when the lump left by the feed go within 24 hours, but to be safe I personally wait 48 unless I need to handle, hope this helps, scott |

Same as Scott. I usually give both of mine a couple of days before I even open the viv. |

48hrs before I go anywhere near personally - other than checking the temps and that everything is as it should be. |

Everybody i have spoken too says 48 hrs. I just leave him in his viv and make sure he gets fresh water and that temps are ok. It is hard to resist but best for the snake. |

I tend to leave mine 2 days, which is why I feed a snake every 2 days in the house, so I always have one to play with, lol.
I do leave them 3 or 4 days every now and again if they had a BIG meal |
