Medusa has been settling nicely, only tried to bite once or twice! Thank God! She's been a pleasure to have so far. Last week and the week before she was really reluctant to feed and wouldn't even go near a pinkie but this evening she awoke and was casually climbing the log hide in her faun' so I saw this as a feeding opportunity! She first turned away but after making the Pinkie bob around a bit she went for it! Sideways on but she soon turned it around and gobbled it down! I am finally happy that she's settling in as I started to panic as she didn't want to feed! Thanks for all your help and support :D Oh and she's grown, 16 inches now
Thanks again! Samantha |

Good news. A new snake settling in can be a worrying experience. Glad everything is going well. |

Also, a quick question, is it normal for her to be sleeping with her tail up in the air for a few hours then to relax suddenly?! Thanks |

I'm glad everything is going good now :) Im not sure about the tail, Doyle will often stick his tail up for a while when I put him back in the viv, but not long, only like a minute or so, Maybe she's not sleeping, maybe shes awake and on the defense |
