I know this isn't strictly about corns but just had to share.
Went to get a haircut yesterday and so my 11 year old stayed entertained she took PRK to look at, had the whole place talking about snakes etc. The very camp young lad who washed my hair started chatting about pythons and then i got this story (at which point i really hope he didn't see my eyes rolling)
'My sisters vet said a customer had a python (not a boa) that was not feeding and lived in a tank at the bottom of the bed, one night it escaped and she found it lying alongside next to her.................... any one care to fill in the end of the story |

Did the snake bring out a tape measure, to measure anything???
I love this story. The phrasing "penny for everytime" comes to mind. :D |

What can you possibly SAY though when people start telling this story!? They always insist that its true. |

Tell them it is. My niece (17 now) can honestly state that when one of our corns escaped about 3 years ago, it was found in her bed. Maybe it is true????? |

I have heard the end "then a kingsnake came along and ate the python" is more believable |

Pmsl!! I had some girl from down the street telling me all about her mate that had loads of snakes. She asked if I'd bring mine round to next doors house to which I replied "No,as they'll get cold." Then she proceeded to tell me this mate of hers had a snake that he used to take out with him all the time and that he carried the snake in his mouth to keep it warm!!! Needless to say I made an excuse to get back in the house before I publicly wet myself!! |
